With Moustalgia<\/em>, Mous Lamrabat summons the icons of his childhood<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Belgian Moroccan photographer Mous Lamrabat<\/strong><\/a> unveils Moustalgia<\/em>, an exhibition conceived as a leap back in time. For many that is, anyone born before the 2000s, it feels like a true return to childhood. Through vibrant portraits, he pays tribute to the heroines who shaped his imagination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Art Office Post\u00e9rit\u00e0<\/strong>, Julie Fleutot<\/strong><\/a> unveils her very first exhibition, In Loving Memories<\/em>, with an opening scheduled for Thursday, 11 December.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Running until 30 December<\/strong>, the show features her panel paintings inspired by everyday objects. Deeply influenced by Ren\u00e9 Magritte<\/strong>, the artist draws on the surrealist movement for this exhibition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Paris, two of her works can also be seen at the Chouchou H\u00f4tel<\/strong>, as part of a collaboration created for the hotel\u2019s fifth anniversary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At La Galerie Dior: an unprecedented encounter between Dior and Ala\u00efa<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In the capital as well, galleries are dazzling this season. For a fashion-focused outing, head to the 8th arrondissement and La Galerie Dior<\/strong>, ideally in the late afternoon to enjoy the lights of Avenue Montaigne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For this occasion, the institution has partnered with the Azzedine Ala\u00efa Foundation<\/strong>, which preserves an immense collection of creations by Christian Dior<\/strong>. While more than 600 pieces from the house are held by the Foundation, around a hundred of them are being shown to the public for the first time. From the Christian Dior era to those of Yves Saint Laurent and John Galliano, a rare dialogue takes shape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile in the Marais, at the Azzedine Ala\u00efa Foundation, the creations of the two couturiers echo one another: two venues, two perspectives, and a single invitation to rediscover the legacy of one through the eyes of the other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just a few steps from the Ala\u00efa Foundation, the Maison Europ\u00e9enne de la Photographie<\/strong> is hosting Wish This Was Real<\/em>, the first exhibition in France by American photographer Tyler Mitchell<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the heart of Barb\u00e8s, the Union de la Jeunesse Internationale<\/strong><\/a> is bringing new life to the vast building that once housed Tati. Part caf\u00e9, part library, part exhibition space, the venue multiplies uses and encounters, creating a place for connection and exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the highlights is \u201cNe m\u2019oublie pas\u201d<\/strong>, an iconographic mural assembled by Jean-Marie Donat<\/strong>. The portraits come from Studio Rex<\/strong>, founded by Assadour Keussayan<\/strong> in Marseille, and date mostly from 1966 to 1985.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

They bear witness to the diversity of faces that passed before the lens: people from Algeria, North Africa, West Africa and the Comoros. A sensitive archive of mobility and life journeys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
