👟: Nike Air Max 1 ’86 Jacquemus
🎨: White, Silver, Red
🗓: July 23
Since 2022, Southern France’s Simon Porte Jacquemus has been collaborating regularly with Nike through his brand Jacquemus, launched in 2009. Following the Air Humara LX and J Force 1, he now reimagines the Air Max 1 ’86 in three colorways: White, Silver, and Red.
Jacquemus had previewed pieces of his JACQUEMUS + NIKE collection earlier this year, including the Nike Air Max 1 ’86. Initially offered in White and Silver, the Red colorway was introduced shortly after. These three versions feature a nylon and leather base with mini silver metal swooshes on the lateral sides and lace tips. The Jacquemus logo is found on the shoe’s heel, with co-branding on a removable tag. Designed by Tinker Hatfield in 1986, the sneaker incorporates the iconic AIR unit in its sole.
Releasing just days before the 2024 Games, this unisex pair is available in all three colorways at €180. What do you think?
