The loafer is back, and @newbalancelifestyle is letting us know! Last March, during Paris Fashion Week, @junyawatanabe showcased his latest collaboration with the brand known for its iconic “N.”
After the Green colorway, the Japanese designer reimagines Boston-based New Balance’s flagship model, the 1906R, as a loafer. Primarily made with leather overlays and a TPU reinforcement, the silhouette also features mesh. The New Balance “N” appears on the upper, alongside a more subtle logo on the back of the heel. The “1906L” is displayed on the lateral side. Lastly, a yellowed sole completes the look.
Perfect for the mid-season, the New Balance 1906R Loafer Metallic Silver is making an appearance. Ready to cop?
