Breaking away from fast fashion, Fancì Club champions a handcrafted, inclusive, and unapologetically sensual style. Founded by Duy Tran in Vietnam, the brand captivates both pop icons and fashion’s avant-garde, redefining the meaning of cool in 2025. A closer look at a global phenomenon….
The birth of a bold new fashion
Fancì Club, is the story of a daring bet launched in 2018 by Vietnamese designer Duy Tran. Fresh out of fashion school, he took his first steps by creating a line from second-hand clothing, driven by an upcycling mindset and a DIY spirit. His vision quickly took shape: by 2021, he unveiled his first large-scale collections, establishing an aesthetic that blends sensuality with a deliberate nostalgia for the early 2000s.

The name “Fancì” with its distinctive accent on the “i” echoes the Vietnamese pronunciation of “fancy,” a word that can mean both chic and imaginative in English, depending on context. It’s a powerful symbol of a confident, boundary-breaking fashion proudly local, yet open to the world. Every piece is crafted in Hanoi with a focus on artisanal production, conscious values, and inclusiveness. Duy Tran celebrates bodies and their imperfections, far from the standardized norms of Western fashion.

A recent turning point in the brand’s evolution: the launch of a menswear line during the Spring/Summer 2026 show, titled Renaked. Though visually more stripped-down, it remains deeply subversive, blurring gender lines through transparency and nudity, resulting in silhouettes that are both vulnerable and powerful. Rare for a fashion house, the DNA of both the women’s and men’s lines are deliberately aligned. Renaked marks a new chapter for Fancì Club, which continues to shape an inclusive wardrobe freed from conventions. Will it soon win over the it boys, too?
The it girls wear Fancì Club
It doesn’t get much cooler than this. In just a few seasons, Fancì Club has become a go-to favorite for some of the most followed celebrities on the planet. Bella Hadid, Dua Lipa, and Doja Cat are all fans, as are Hailey Bieber and Emma Chamberlain. Their Fancì looks have gone viral, catapulting the brand onto the global fashion stage.

Among Fancì Club’s cult pieces: sculptural corsets, a clear nod to Jean Paul Gaultier, one of Duy Tran’s favourite designers; ultra-miniskirts adorned with hyper-realistic flowers; and a parade of oversized accessories, perfect for enhancing a summer night-out look. When it comes to footwear, the brand embraces bold color from vivid hues to soft pastels, every detail is designed to turn heads and leave a lasting impression.
Like any in-demand designer, Duy Tran also creates custom pieces for top-tier artists. He mainly dressed Lisa from BLACKPINK for her Born Pink tour; curating looks designed specifically for the stage. The result? Global exposure and an irresistible urge to splurge (budget permitting), or at the very least, to draw inspiration from the brand’s razor-sharp styling.
A summer style inspiration source
Fancì Club is a love letter to unfiltered, unapologetic femininity. This summer, its flamboyant wardrobe offers endless inspiration for looks that flirt with transparency, shiny textures, and both mini and maxi silhouettes. Think of organza, nylon, spandex, light fabrics, body-hugging cuts. Fancì Club’s silhouettes practically beg you to dance.

The inspiration is clear: a blend of ’80s-’90s glamour and Y2K energy, all topped with a healthy dose of irreverence. The idea? Dressing for yourself, with confidence, and owning who you are. Whether in a corseted dress, an asymmetric top, or a second-skin mini skirt, Fancì Club is a bold reminder that style is, above all, an attitude.
In just a few years, Fancì Club has established itself as a key player in the Asian independent fashion scene. Behind every piece lies a powerful intention: to celebrate bodies in all their diversity and challenge conventions without losing sight of its roots. More than a brand, Fancì Club is a manifesto. One to wear proudly, this summer and all year round.
