Announced on Instagram, @ninachanel and @jumpman23 continue their collaboration following two projects completed in 2022 on two pairs of Air Jordan 2s. This time, they jointly interpret the 3rd signature of Jumpman in two different materials, accompanied by a clothing collection.
The painter from Chicago sets her sights on the Air Jordan 3 in an SP version, which signifies that Michael Jordan’s preferred upper, designed in 1988 by Tinker Hatfield, is now composed of premium materials. 🎨 The Air Jordan 3 SP Nina Chanel Abney Bicoastal and Malachite features a green canvas upper, adorned with suede elements in the same color. The pair is equipped with thick rope laces, while the Nike Air inscription in chenille is found on the heel along with an orange tag. The Air Jordan branding in orange is located on the tongue and inside the shoe. More subtle co-branding is found on the hangtag and insole.
The Air Jordan 3 SP Nina Chanel Abney Bicoastal and Malachite is available today, accompanied by a special box priced at €229.99. This upper is available exclusively in women’s sizes.
