As @matthewmwilliams recently left his role as the artistic director at @givenchy to focus on his own brand @alyxstudio, the designer collaborates with @nike on the Air Force 1. ✈️
At first glance, this new collaboration seems to hold its own against Bruce Kilgore’s upper design. However, Matthew M. Williams has worked alongside the Swoosh to select the finest materials, mainly premium full-grain leather that withstands time and wear from walking. 🚶🏻♀️ The Nike Air Force 1 Low 1017 ALYX 9SM is available in two colorways – Black and White – and features a slight modification at the front. Metallic lace locks and the inscription “1017 Alyx 95M” on the sides highlight the long-standing collaboration between the Alyx creator and the American brand.
The two colorways of the Nike Air Force 1 Low 1017 ALYX 9SM were first released on December 7th and will be available online again today starting at 9 AM.
