In April 2023, New York fashion brand @sandyliang partnered for the first time with @salomon_lifestyle on two of the Annecy-based brand’s iconic models: the XT-6 and the RX Moc 3.0. This time, the Big Apple label reimagines the Speedcross 3 Ribbon and the RX MJ.
Sandy Liang draws inspiration from balletcore and pointe shoes, especially for the Speedcross 3 Ribbon. Originally designed for trail running, this shoe features a pale pink ribbon lace that wraps up to the ankle. The RX MJ, on the other hand, is a silhouette reminiscent of Mary Janes, mainly composed of a mesh upper with nubuck leather overlays. These new models are available in Black and Vanilla Ice.
For both men and women, these two pairs are available today at Sandy Liang’s flagship store in New York and through an online raffle. A wider release is planned for July 25th.
