As Shawn Stussy announced his return to the fashion scene last week, the founder of the California-based brand @stussy is about to relaunch his second brand, S/Double. Founded in 2008, right after he left his namesake brand in 1996, the American label Stüssy is now back with a new collaboration with Nike to celebrate surfing.
For the occasion, this collection was photographed on a beach by @liammcrae. It includes UV-protective swimwear, fleece clothing, and lightweight linen outerwear, among other items. But the highlight of this collaboration is the Nike LD-1000! Stüssy and Nike have reimagined this 70s running shoe into a modern lifestyle silhouette.
Offered in Action Green and Phantom colors, the first features a mesh upper with a black embroidered swoosh, while the second comes in an off-white shade, accented by a light blue logo. The fully co-branded collection is released today!
